Merchandise Returns

All merchandise (Software products excluded) may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date for a refund. For items returned within 30 days from original purchase date a 10% restocking fee will apply. Refunds are made for merchandise value only, minus 10% restocking fee (Shipping & Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE). All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer. All returns must be received in original condition, any items returned which are not in the original condition will not be accepted for a refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. Returns for Software items are not accepted. Defective software items will be replaced for same software title only.

Shipping & Order Processing Times

Shipping/Processing Time is in business days only, weekends and holidays not calculated in the following shipping/Processing options. Orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days. Processing time will be longer at peak times.

• UPS Ground/USPS 1st Class (USA Only) takes 5-7 days plus processing time
• UPS Next Day takes 1 day
• UPS 2nd Day (USA Only) takes 2 days
• Canadian orders take 2-4 weeks plus processing time
• Foreign orders (Outside USA or Canada) take 2-4 weeks plus processing time

* Items marked as [Pre-Order] will be shipped when that item is released. The above shipping times will apply once the Pre-Order has shipped.

* All orders will receive an initial shipping & handling fee. Should the order include both in-stock and pre-order items, or multiple pre-order items with different release dates, a separate shipping charge will be applied to all additional shipments at the time of shipping.
